Pros

There is a great working environment and lots of perks. They offer free lunch and dinner and a wonderful office. The people are kind, intelligent, passionate and such.

Cons

You have to self aggrandize often with very top of the company whom make all the compensation decisions alas you will go unnoticed and quit after a couple years. You won't see the excellent leadership, well thought out decision making, recognition, or career advancement opportunities. Its great for a couple years until you realize you are never getting a raise.

Pros

Good benefits, location, office and views. On-site gym. Fun activities/events. Interesting people.

Cons

Most managers that are promoted here are not promoted because they have great management skills/potential. No room for growth and pay raise unless you are friends with higher management and intend to keep their same arrogant mentality going. Super BRO atmosphere. Managers are allowed to just dictate people and treat ppl poorly to feed their own egos. Unprofessional sales ppl including management. Quotas and territory alignment are decided by director and manager and well we know where that is going (downhill). Time off is not as easy as it seems to take off. Work Life Balance is there for some and not others depending on manager.

Pros

Great benefits, perks, location and career advancement opportunities. Meraki is poised for explosive growth for years to come. Exceptional executive leadership - however, they are spread thin due to the nature of the role and responsibilities.

Cons

Lack of structure in some departments and some inexperienced middle management.
