      Pros

      Great people, good career progression, customers love the technology. There is tons of free stuff which I am still blown away by. Everyone is very open, even at a senior level and will provide feedback for development.

      Cons

      This isn't a 9-5 as you have to help build a business. Promotions are competitive but normally the right people get the job.

      Pros

      Meraki is one of those companies where everyone there walks through the door passionate about the products and mission. I was there for almost five years and can say that without a doubt it was the best place I will ever work in my life.

      Cons

      There were pains with how fast we grew in 2013, but those are ironed out.
