Pros

You're working for a Highly Regarded Company. Medtronic has Good Benefits. Some jobs like mine afford you a Flexible work schedule. The company pays you according to fair market value which results in a Competitive salary

Cons

The corporate atmosphere is negative due to recent layoffs. Other companies are coming out with similar competitive products. Too many old reps left over from the old days that don't know how to sell.

Lots of competition (Hard to "shine" since there are so many hardworking people) Long hours when needed Frequent Layoffs (layoffs for the past few years, every year)
