Pros

If you need a job and can't get a job then this would be a good place to work. They have very flexible hours which was nice and it was fairly laid back as long as you didn't have to talk to the managers or hear from them.

Cons

The pay is really b bad and the managers always think that they are smarter then you and from my experience they are dumber then a box of rocks.

Pros

A good reason a person would want to work for McDonald's is that it doesn't require any previous training. Every skill needed to perform your job properly is taught on-site. McDonald's also offers very flexible work hours, and it is generally easy to negotiate time-off without too many problems.

Cons

Though it may be fair for the industry, the pay is not nearly sufficient. The only people this kind of work is good for are those who are not primary bread-winners for their households. Also, some of the management will not hesitate to sacrifice fairness to employees for success of the business. People are often treated unfairly and completely ignored in order to achieve some insignificant goal.
