Pros

If you want to spend the rest of your life working at mcdonalds, then i guess you might as well try to get promoted. Typically you start off as crew, and if you follow policies, you'll be promoted to crew trainer. To reach management, however, you need to be well liked by the store manager. If he or she doesn't think highly of you, you have no chance to advance. Being a manager sucks, by after that you could possibly be promoted to first or second assistant manager, where you have to work a little more each week, but you are put on salary.

Cons

Managers either care too little or too much. Those that don't care enough, allow the slackers to continue screwing around, while the hardest of workers aren't recognized. Those caring too much attempt to micro manage and easily get stressed out. Remember people, we shouldn't be getting angry over burgers and fries.
