      Pros

      Strong vision from the top to be a great company. Good leadership and people in the local markets.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to 'grow the business' with no real direction or plan. It takes years and years to see any real change, mostly because leadership can't make up their minds. Manpower is getting pounded by the competition because the focus has been on light industrial business for so many years and now LI is down and Manpower has no clue how to sell or serice other lines such has health care or finance.
