      Great entry level experience can be gained in staffing, recruiting, human resources, sales.

      Over the last several years, staffing has become heavily sales oriented.

      Pros

      Manpower is a global organization which helps significantly in promoting the company and showing clients why we are their #1 choice with 60 years of solid business practices.

      Cons

      The global organization is phenomenal, as well as the senior leadership since they bring an unparalelled motivation. However, much of the local leadership, particularly within newly acquired pieces of business within the company lack respect for their teams. There is also a lack of integrity and/or insight into the short term futures of our business lines, which is evidenced in the roller coaster decision making, zero investment in staff, and distancing from the front line staff.

      Pros

      There are a lot of wonderful people who work here. The company is quite involved with the community.

      Cons

      In spite of their rhetoric, it is strictly old school at Manpower. New ideas are not welcome, and any attempt at bringing the company forward seems to be futile.
