      Pros

      Overall, I like working for Manpower. I interviewed at more than a few staffing firms and the Manpower staff seemed to be the one that most closely matched me with a position that I thought I could be the most comfortable with. I also liked their benefits package compared to some of the other staffing firms. I like the fact that where I am posted, there is an actual Manpower representative on site in case I have any questions..

      Cons

      I do wish that I heard more from the company in terms of feedback on performance. But overall, I am pleased.

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work for Manpower. Most people join the organization because they are misinformed during the recruitment process. They have a recruitment process that sounds very good to prospective employees. However, once hired, employees find out that it is a boiler room situation.

      Branch management does not really know what they are doing, they are unapproachable and are not open to suggestions. Boiler room

      Pros

      Not only is Manpower is a fair place to work as a woman, minority, or person with a disability, but there is plenty of opportunity for advancement for anyone willing to put forth the effort. Many people move from one department to the next as they create their own unique career path.

      Cons

      You're tossed in on day one, and left to sort out the details for yourself. While the company is working on it's onboarding process, the systems employed to manage operations are complex, and business processes can change from time to time. You have to stay on your feet and be good at asking questions.
