      Great Intentions - Really try and be successful

      Pros

      They are staying true to providing qualified candidates for clients and recognize individual value and pay accordingly. They have the heart to move towards the future.

      Cons

      They have people on the front lines who see the potential but the corporate side of the business is not trusting enough in the knowledge/experience to leap first into new opportunities. Leave the people who can take them to the next level high and dry when a contract ends.

      Pros

      Best reason is at the branch level on helping people get jobs. Also, the work the company does on social responsibility is good.

      Cons

      Unethical behavior at senior level, including personal relationships which are going unquestioned. Management does not care about employees and they don't provide any direction or prioritization so everyone runs around doing everything and wasting a lot of money and time. They only care about checking stuff off their to-do lists so they can get their bonuses (and then tell staff to take time off without pay).

      Pros

      They give pretty decent benefits, they give you new furniture to work at, and its a large powerful company with global recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible management team across the board, they care only about the bottom line and not the thousands of employees affected by cuts. As long as the senior people get their multi-million dollar bonuses, thats all that matters.
