Good job for a minute, until you realize it is a dead end on your road to a future.
Pros
-Casual atmosphere. -A decent amount of freedom to think outside of the box for the most part. -Valuable on the job training in technology, which may one day help further an actual 'career.'
Cons
-Some of the most unqualified people seem to get higher up positions, even though they failed to work their way up through normal channels as everyone else has done. -This tends to happen quite often as noobs worm their way up, one way or another. -Not sure exactly who is your boss(kind of like the movie Office Space.) -Even when one does get promoted to team lead,quality assurance,etc. One does not actually receive a 'pay raise', just a break from being on the phones -An extreme amount of favoritism towards certain people for various reasons? -They tend to weed out older 'tenured' employees as quick as they can, usually every 5-6 months. Even though the gap between older employees and noobs is virtually the same as far as pay goes. -It makes little to no sense to me.
