Terrible benefits packages and incentives are too rigerous and discriminitory for some of the smaller markets. Beginning to become very top heavy at the corporate level and leaner in the field and much more demanding. Too many changes to fast and much confusion.

Poor communication with respect to employee and Manpower expectations. I needed a temporary position while pursueing career opportunities, I thought I was getting a 1st shift temporary position that would give me some flexibility to take time off for interviews etc. Temporary position (1st shift) was suppose to be for 2 months, kept getting extended (4 months and looking like 7 months plus). This was not in my career field, I needed 1st shift flexibility or 2nd or 3rd shift. I asked Manpower for a 2nd or 3rd shift position and they wanted to keep me in the 1st shift position without the flexibility I needed to pursue a career position.
