      Large company, with great benefits.

      Cons

      A district manager holds your career's future in his/her hands totally. And if you have an incompetent boss, you have to quit to get away. That district manager doesn't want you to excel beyond him/her. You are an island as a Branch Manager. You don't receive any help or support from your boss or from the Corporate office. I thought that with this company being in business since 1948, they would have excellence in the industry. This certainly isn't the case. What a disappointment.

      to be correct I work as contractor for IBM trough Manpover - but I´m satisfied, because the personal of Manpover is really professional

      you´re working in a company, but are not the employee of it yet, so you cannot be sure that after the 2 years when the contract ends you will have the chance to stay there
