      Clients themselves are terrific but......

      Cons

      Employees are treated poorly by company itself. No yearly reviews or salary raises. Cut hours many years ago, won't return to previous schedule. Benefits way too expensive for number of Manpower employees.

      Globally recognized as a top staffing company.

      Cons

      They work you hard to sell, sell, sell and the people at corporate are completely disconnected from branch offices in the United States. They especially do not consider small towns to be any different than big cities and they expect the same results. Also, low wages/benefits for staffing specialists who make up the majority up the company.

      I experience a veritable "what not to do" management team while employed here. Gossip about employees, clients; backstabbing each other; faking drug tests and background checks: you name it, it was done. Most horrible experience I've ever had with "professionals."
