Pros

None that I can think of at the minute. Working here was just one big con that will suck the happiness out of you.

Cons

Overwork your employees and employ fear based strategies to keep them going. Glad to have quit working there. Supervisors some of the laziest and worst I've ever seen, will give you no direction and if they ever have issues, will not even spend the time to talk with you, instead will go straight to management who will only listen to them. No actual discipline procedure.

good benefit and vacation package

Unethical behavior regularly demonstrated by senior management and overlooked by corporate management. It's about money at Manpower - not about people.

Great place to learn what you don't want in a employer

Pros

Training from the Learning & Development team was great.

Cons

This is a churn a burn organization. If you cannot bring in revenue within your probation period, you get three chances after that and your out. Little to no training or support from the Manager. Very little support Managers are more interested in boosting their own portfolio.
