Pros
Overall good benefits- dental, vision, 401k, ESPP, EAP, HSA, FSA etc. Depending on the medical plan you choose, the coverage is good, but premiums can be quite high for family coverage.
Cons
Annual pay is based on hourly rate. Managers like to tell you "you can write your own paycheck" but then don't allow you to turn in overtime worked, bill for conversions, will not quote conversions, etc. Consistently worked 48-55 hours per week and would not be allowed to claim more than 40, even when you made management aware of emergencies, people being on PTO or other issues beyond your control when they occur or "get the OT approved inadvance." They conveniently don't recall those conversations or situations occurring. OR they want to offer you 1 hour off for 1 hour OT worked. How can you do that when the offices are sometimes so shorthanded that you can't take your PTO?.
