We pride ourselves on having a supportive culture going right up to senior management, and we encourage our people to be as open and flexible as possible to contribute to a positive work environment, so I’m really pleased to read your comments. You’re right about the scale of the company – with 3,100 offices in 80 countries, there are not many places in the world where ManpowerGroup doesn’t have a presence. We recently reviewed our development programme to make the most of this scale. From the bottom to the top, from one speciality to another, or from here to the other side of the world, we recognise that offering opportunities to move around the business and the different brands within it is important.
