Pros

Manpower has been in the market place for more than 60 years, the systems in place and consideration for the client is first and foremost. The culture of helping people is very strong making for an above average experience for the candidate. Manpower works hard to take care of their employees.

Cons

Manpower has technology become out of date causing issues for staff employees to do their jobs. Manpower has a fractured process for dealing with candidates and clients, which potentially can cause servicing issues if the staff employees due not setup good stop gap measures to cause this from happening.
