Great place to work but training needs improvement.

Pros

Lovely people and the role itself gives you a fantastic feeling. They also have good benefits for Perm consultants and a great development scheme.

Cons

The training isn't up to scratch, they need more guidance for new starters especially if they don't have previous recruitment experience

The way my Director and Senior Management Team are visible, available, motivating and positively challenging. The North is a great place to work.

Cons

Delivering low margin business that gets turned on and off and it’s killing our retail business, I can see it. We are now a Logistics business.
