Pros

Amazing company with open open-door policy, and all managers are open to feedback, culture is great. There is a good balance between centralization and decentralization where manufacturing facilities have a framework but at the same time they can be innovative.

Cons

Auto industry is not doing the greatest, but it goes in circles.
