Management - toxic. HR is horrible and never helps, those that did in that department leave because of the manager

Higher salary, big corporation to grow your career.

Cons

Different plant has different policy. Unfortunately the one that I was in was not willing to retain their employees and train them better, high turn over rate, office politics is too much.
