      Everything is professional and human as well. There are high level international projects to tackle, colleagues are great and the approach is very human and respectful. Don't miss the chance to work there!

      Pros

      Employee not fired. Extra benefits (ticket restaurant, car, health insurance). Good work-life balance. Managers are friendly and tolerant of mistakes.

      Cons

      Poor level of engineers and technicians. They don't pay for good engineers, they care to pay as less as possible. Many experienced and good engineers leave for better jobs. Poor pay rise, no perspective. You expect more than such a big and healthy company.
