1. Good company for freshers. 2. Decent hike with annual bonus. 3. No lay off. You can settle over there. 4. No pressurized work. 5. Free Lunch

1.Not at all IT culture. Experienced employees cannot sustain. 2. Yes sir culture is still there 3. Strictly need to maintain 8 hours per day 4. You may feel that you are in school. 5. Micro Management. 6. No Work like balance.
