1. Free lunch 2. Friendly Environment 3. Good pay for freshers. 4. Can learn so many things with the help of seniors. 5. Everyone is open to help to increase our skill set.

Cons

1. Low low low pay for experienced employees compared to other MNC. 2. No cab. 3. Work load. 4. Not consider the employee achievement in appraisal. They just give average percentage of hike for everyone in the batch.( If you join as a fresher) 5.based on years of experience they give promotions, not for knowledge. You should wait even if you have that much knowledge. 6. Too much policy.
