      Cons

      People focus more on unnecessary discipline than work quality. Have to be seated when CEO crosses your desk. you should not be standing at someone else place discussing something. Have to sit. Full sleeve shirts needs to be hand cuffed. Folding is not allowed. Restroom break timings are excluded in the log in system.
