- world leader company - a top management that listens to employees - a good emvironment with collaborative people - some projects are very cool (optimization ones) - solid and rich company - nice offices in a nice and alive environment, easy to reach with public transportation - nice benefits - good balance between private and work life

Cons

- young company subsidiary of the headquarter that is in Geneve, still have to find it's role in the overall organization of the branches
