      It is difficult to survive if your salary package is high. Those who joined as freshers or mid-level employees may not reach your salary level. If you join with a high package, you may face office politics, targeting, and pressure, which can make the work environment very stressful and push you out of the organization. They cannot afford to maintain high salaries for both existing and new employees. They initially offer higher packages but later put employees under pressure to make them leave.
