Pros

Salary are paid on time, food facility, Bonus is given on time. Nothing very good on culture side.

Cons

Too much Favoritisme, salaries not on par with the responsibilities, Worst Management - CEO is very unprofessional behavior, humiliates and gives bad words to employees, he installs fear and want to suppress and threaten of consequences to employees. Too much micromanagement and CEO reference people get all the privileges other are treated low standard. Old Mindset and not open to new ideas. Work from home is not given, employee is penalized for taking leave. Insurance is not at par with market very less coverage, not allowing employee to increase even if we want to pay. Employee awards are name's sake and no value at all for the tenure or loyalty serve the Company, only for sake of giving. No scope to get any certification, company does not believe in scaling employees or investing in certification. No events sponsored by company, so what is happening in the market to know. Nothing good at all.

Pros

Great place if you enjoy being promised opportunities and learning how to follow up on them continuously. * Encourages you to justify even basic things like taking leave, helping you build strong explanation skills. * Offers an environment where you can adapt quickly to different expectations, even when they change frequently. * Helps you develop patience and resilience in handling workplace dynamics. * Provides exposure to real-world challenges beyond just technical work.

Cons

Workplace culture can feel politically driven at times, which may impact transparency and decision-making. * There appears to be a male-dominated environment, and diversity/inclusivity could be improved. * Some processes and communication styles feel less corporate and more informal, leading to inconsistency. * Decision-making and feedback can occasionally seem subjective rather than structured. * Professional maturity in handling discussions and conflicts can be improved across teams.
