internal project organization is often too weak: if one leaves the project could be really in trouble
no much time to keep you updated in terms of technologies, methodologies etc.
offices (and workplaces) are not very comfortable: old furniture/building and
technological devices (pc, smarphone) get updated too much slowly (every 5 years): it is a bit strange for an IT company.
sometimes is difficult to keep meritocracy at the first step: project may force to work on boring stuff even if you are very good
not clear how to get promoted. you have to ask everytime.
