Pros
Lutech... well it's worth it as a starting point. + Competent seniors + Management will care about your needs, you won't struggle to get permits/day off + No need for "necktie" every day.. You can wear pretty much anything decent, although you'll be asked to dress formally for client meetings, but that's quite understandable! + Knowledge sharing is a standard: if you don't know a technology you can freely bug another office where someone is proficient and get an headstrart (I had to ask for support when dealing with sql server for instance, as I usually use oracle solutions).
Cons
- The salary is decent, but it grows slowly.. but then again it's pretty standard in Italy - There's no annual review for bonus
