      Old management, lack of meritocracy, wrong strategic decisions, no training and no growth for employees....unless you are a friend or belong to of some big boss in Rome or in northern Italy. which in turn are there because of thei political friends. Low competence in any field of the aeronautical industry

      Pros

      Working in Aeronautics the best place is an Aircraft-making company. Is an open company where it is possible to get easy access to information. Agustawestland is a woldwide company that gives opportunities to spend a working period abroad. Good training program and starting career opportunity.

      Cons

      High complexity in managing a lot of different programs (each with its own history and rules) can lead to high stress periods. Internal organisation, services, burocracy and infrastructure not the best in efficiency. Unsatisfactory HR. No job rotation.
