      - Many close-minded people, especially in the management team - Division Leaders are mediocre and lazybones - There is a strong interest in profit and no interest in improving - No space for personal and professional development - No space for personal or group initiatives - Very poor salary compared with the same position in other companies - A shameful waste of public money - Human Resources are dumb and lazy
