      Disappointing place for a motivated young professional

      Pros

      Obviously the business and the size of the company could lead to a very challenging/fun job

      Cons

      Everything else...I can name only few of so many bad things about this company: from the archaic system to the non existing career advancement, from a total absence of HR support (especially abroad) to a very superficial knowledge by a lot of support people. The company does not value young engineers at all.

      Pros

      Interesting work, gets you in the industry and talking to the right people. There are many people with a great deal of experience within the company.

      Cons

      Not much buy in from senior management. Because of the merge with Vega over the last few years the company has lost a lot of talented individuals. The projects which are running drain the resource quite hard and the rest of the company suffers because of this.
