      The people you work with day to day are helpful and knowledgable, a relaxed work environment. Occasionaly interesting work.

      Cons

      A company that is now management focused with little regard for its engineering departments and which is getting worse. As a result there is very little opportunity for career advancement within engineering in the company. Pay is limited unless you can change grades which solely appears to be under control of the HR department.
