      Company collapsing around our ears, but a relaxing place I work

      Pros

      They recognise people who go the extra mile and put in the hours. The engineers are generally great people to work with. There's a great atmosphere. Engineers see the bigger picture and understand the relevance of their work

      Cons

      IT is a mess. Servers and PCs regularly going down (about once a week!) Don't seem to have any budget or desire for trying new technologies and promotion is only possible if you change your job-title. Clearly a lot of employees are comfortable here, but very little room for career progression due to the above reasons.

      Pros

      It is a key company in its business, its products are top level and have high technology content. Customers are from everywhere in the world, making the role quite challenging.

      Cons

      Being a big company, it may be slow moving and frustrating sometimes while dealing with processes other than core business-related.

      Pros

      Great aerospace industry, with an important history. The Venegono site, due to its relatively small size, allows to have a look on many different fields.

      Cons

      Due to it's dimension, it is not easy to grow, from a point of view different from the technical one.
