      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Selex. The people were great. Their 401K plan is the absolute best!! The whole time I was employed there was good.

      Cons

      The company is very small so there's not much room to grow depending on your background. Other than that it's cool.

      Guaranteed position if you stay there and don't make waves.

      Cons

      Difficult to get through all the red tape, especially with the Italians. At one point I had to hand deliver 5,000 pages of a 'Progetto' to get it signed by the COO so I could start my £1.5M project. This was a project that we had a contract for with the customer. In the end it was almost impossible to deliver the project when the organisation got in the way at every stage.
