Pros
I worked in their security consultancy division, part of the Communications business. It was a decent place to cut my teeth, but wasn't without weakness. On the good side: * Wage scales are acceptable * Expenses rates are decent and daily out-of-pockets were unusually high * Car allowance was good * Scheduling was pretty good and was max. 70% utilisation
Cons
* Completely directionless, and the business owner was clueless about what we were actually there to do or how to grow * Management was completely detached from reality, and based everything in end of year numbers - nothing else
