Pros
From my experience, I've always had the support from my managers during my time there. There will always be complaints in a large organisation but if you put your head down and genuinely want to improve/progress you can. Flexible working hours are great.
Cons
As above in a large company politics are bound to come into play. There can also be a lack of optimism and a sense of entitlement amongst staff which could be holding the company back as a whole.
