Pros
Most Employees.Non-Management and some Management people are good people.
Cons
1. Excessive overtime. Management style is to react to production demands, not Level-Loading Management. The last 5 months is maximum overtime at the cost of people's lives. 2. My Supervisor is Type A, Passive-Aggressive, Micro-Managing and Anal-Retentive. He expects people to do exactly what he says and thinks, not think for themselves. Even Managers below him cannot manage how they believe. His Supervisor is not much better. 3. Low pay for the industry.
