Is one of the best Italian multinational companies and working with Leonardo-Finmeccanica means working to great and complex projects in both national and international environment, and dealing with high profile clients. For specific jobs in Italy, like aerospace and defense engineering, is the best company to work with.
Cons
It's a bureaucratic organization with very slow internal processes, and very often bureaucratic doesn't mean well organized. Technical roles are underpaid and undervalued; stay away if you are a young and dynamic engineer, consider the company only for management positions or at least negotiate since the begging a good salary because salary raises will be rare.
