Large transnational corporation with several UK sites. This should make employee development a plus. Leonardo offers a range of software challenges working with hardware, firmware and systems engineers.

Cons

Leonardo has a restrictive approach to salaries and work life balance. They are caught in a time-warp where pressure from competitors doesn't seem to encourage them to move with the times.
