      Pros

      Good points are the good maternity pay, especially when the company is predominantly men. Sick pay and holiday entitlements are also very good. Other employee benefits for companies in the local area, although these aren't as good as they used to be.

      Cons

      There is a constant bad feeling amongst employees at the moment, morale is at an all time low. People leaving left right and centre, very few being replaced, the remaining staff are over worked, under paid (in many cases, not all) and most definitely under valued!

      Great Company, Great People

      Pros

      Excellent working environment Good work/life balance including flexitime Good pension Opportunity to move within the company and work on a variety of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Many of the issues experienced are not unique to Leonardo and will be experienced in many large international companies, however these can sometimes be frustrating.

      Pros

      Leonardo is a great company to work for with lots of benefits and I have always found the right career opportunities have come along at the right time. I've also found the work interesting. There's great flexi hours (start anytime between 7 & 9.45am and finish between 3 & 7.30pm and finish from 12pm on a Friday) so there's great flexibility suiting everyone. You can also build up 8 flex days per year. The company has a job family framework where you can identify what jobs are at what level and what the salaries for the levels are. The people are friendly and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes decision making can take too long.
