      Pros

      Great atmosphere generally speaking. There are lots of company benefits. The flexible work time is great. There are lots of different projects to be involved with.

      Cons

      The salaries tend to be a little under what other companies offer for equal roles.

      Good place to start, poor place to stay

      Pros

      Flexi time and leave. Good apprenticeship and graduate schemes. Good local management.

      Cons

      Progression is nearly impossible. It is not unusual to find people who have waited over ten years for an upgrade. There is a serious lack of investment which is noticeable in the staff, the IT equipment and the buildings in general. Salaries are below local average and do not compare to other local similar companies. Retention is poor. A heavy recruitment of graduates results in the middle people having to train people more while their workload increases as people leave. Once off the graduate and apprentice schemes, progression stops. Few training opportunities.

      Pros

      Good pension scheme and reasonable salary. Good quality people to work with.

      Cons

      Horrendous HR/Admin. HR is outsourced and I have had numerous issues with salary, pension and overtime etc. To be fair that is common with several companies I have worked with, but Leonardo's are the worst I've experienced.
