Flexi time, fairly relaxed, opportunity to move between roles

Cons

Management are focused on short term wins rather than long term. Defence industry is slow. Pay is usually on the lower side of industry average, the only way to get a substantial payrise, (to bring you inline with industry average) is to take a job with another company.

nice relaxed atmosphere , great team spirit , and support from managers ect . Interesting and innovative work

hr was a mess , never had a desk for 2 weeks
