Great work life balance on shifts

- 4 days on, 4 days off shift is a gamechanger for my worklife balance. - Shift premium of 35% / 40% is industry leading - 15% pension contribution when you put in 8% (23% total) is outstanding.

Cons

- Can have long periods of trying to find enough work to fill a day fallowed by short lived busy periods. Would be better to have a consistant flow of work to fill timesheets but it is what it is - Base pay without shift premium isn't amazing and lower then industry standard. Wouldn't work here without shifts

Generally a good place to work, flexibility is something that is offered and valuable alongside the other benefits. Atmosphere tends to be good compared to other companies.

Cons

Some managers needs additional training on people managment, humanity and empathy is needed, not just 100% work focused.
