Lot of processes but most of them just formal. Little to zero training about those processes which get discovered once you need them. To progress your career you will need both good connections with your management and be located in the HQ otherwise very little chances to be recognized.

Any real chance of career. Too much processes are very long and delayed by unspeakable employee.
