This company is discriminatory in the hiring process. I have an ethnic name and they ignored me when I first applied. After various emails, they claimed that my application was still in review which was a lie. Because in the same email, they said that they were urgently seeking employees. That said, I applied again with the same resume under a different name, which didn't reveal my ethnicity, and they responded the same day I applied. This was clear hiring discrimination! After I got the job I was targeted, discriminated against, and harassed by both management and other senior employees during my employment there. I should have sued but at the time I did not have any knowledge of my rights as an employee. A coworker later told me that they had a private conversation with management about my treatment and I found out that management was harassing me every day because they were intimidating me to quit so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment or worry about lawsuits. I regret staying for as long as I did but I live in Los Angeles and the job market was and still is horrible.
