Extremely flexible with hours, great coworkers

Cons

They constantly change slogans which is confusing not only to employees, but to customers too. Management is extremely sneaky and underhanded. Pay raises are practically non existant... people who have worked there 5 years make the same as people just starting out with no optical experience

Pros

The Gift of Sight Program is a wonderful program that donates glasses to countries in need and Lenscrafter's associates go on missions to help out as well.

Cons

Management is a joke, and it is all about who you know and how well you kiss up. Higher education is not stressed since it "gets in the way".
