Pros

Flexible hours since most of the stores are in malls. OK benefits and employee discounts. You can get your training here and move on to bigger and better things!

Cons

Store managers are hired without any optical knowledge, so it's very difficult for them to know what they're doing. Lower paid associates are basically training their managers who get paid twice as much as them! You have to work weekends and holidays. PAY IS VERY LOW!! Over-worked since management is always worried about scheduling the least amount of workers possible in order to save on hours. No communication from managers to associates.
