Good benifits, helps people see better.

Cons

cant maintain anytype of pesonal lifestyle due to decrease in hrs. If they are trying to change the culture by changing faces then they are well on thier way. Its going to blow up in thier face. You cant take that kind of experience out of the stores without causing negative impact to the customer experience.
