Pros
started out as a great company, lots of support from management and recognition, it made you want to work hard and do the best job you could.
Cons
they started getting desperate to make as much money as humanly possible and it was the beginning of the end. slowly but surely they started overworking management until by the tme I left there was virtually no work/life balance at all, you were expected to work as many hours as needed to meet plan and or hours, which meant working atleast 48+ hours. stripped hours away left and right so you were always understaffed. then there was the cultual shift, the biggest waste of money ever! forcing associates to memorize sentences and recite them at store visits was like being back in kindergarden and having to recite the alphabet in front of the class, it was demotivating, made you feel like you were a child, and pointless.
